Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.

Types of Reviews


This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.


At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

Your service deserves all 10's and your same day service and pricing is incredible. I couldn't believe the incredible timeliness of your technician - he gave good advice, was very friendly, sharp and professional. I usually do my own work & take 2-3 hours. I was shocked that he was just about finished the complete repair by the time I met him at my home less than an hour after I spoke with him. First and foremost, not only was the technician so helpful when he wrote the estimate, but your customer service from the office (Teri) was beyond expectation. She helped us design our door on the manufacturers' website, making the decision so much easier. Russ install the door and was not only prompt, he was very polite and knowledgeable and after he completed the installation he checked everything repeatedly for proper operation before leaving. Our door looks great and we can't stress enough how very impressed we are with your customer service. You rating is actually all 6's, based on the service we received. My car was stuck in the garage and I was surprised at the quick same day response from my initial e-mail on your website to the time the technician arrived because I thought it would be a couple of days. Your technician inspected the problem, knew everything about the repair, reviewed my options, made his recommendation and explained the warranty. After repairing the garage door, he made adjustments to the opener so the door would create a good seal when closed. We're very happy with the quality service we received and will call again when our other door needs to be serviced. We plan to refer your company whenever we have the opportunity.

Because I was very happy with my past service a couple of years ago, I didn't hesitate to call again. Your technician was a very nice young man - I tried to fix it myself and couldn't, so I called your company again, and I'm very glad I did. With the exception of Precision Door, I'm finding that trustworthy, reliable contractors are extremely rare in this area. Being from Nebraska, and not having encountered this problem before, I find this disconcerting. However, I do have other properties in the area and will definitely call you again, as well as refer you as much as possible.

I just wanted to write you a note to thank you for having such wonderful technicians working for you. My husband is out of town, and my garage doors were not working properly. Looking in the phone book late last night, I saw your ad and called. Your company was able to give me an appointment for a free estimate first thing today. That in itself was great, especially since I was originaly told that there would be a $55. service fee.
Your technician, Joey, called before he came, and arrived just when he said he would. He was very courteous, and he listened and saw the problem I was having immediately. With his knowledge, he corrected the problem in less than 5 minutes. I told him I had just had my garage doors painted. Having said that, he knew exactly what the problem was, and he corrected it. I asked Joey what I owed for his time, and he told me that I did not owe him anything. I offered him something to eat or drink, and he kindly refused. I asked repeatedly if there was anything I could give him for his help, but he told me no, and just reminded me to call again if I continue to experience any problems.
I thought the service I received today was unusually generous. I appreciate the help so much. I hope Joey can be recognized for doing such a good job and for being such a genuinely nice person. I will gladly remember the service I received and pass my experience on to friends and neighbors. Thank you again.
