Joey was my technician on Saturday, 10/16/10. Opener installed without problems. All trash was taken with tech. i am pleased with the opener. However, when I tried to change the pass code, I could not. I haven't called Joey back, yet to go over it again. I have only one complaint, that my original scheduled installation was 10/14/10. I left my job early, to be home between 4 and 6 pm. This time needed to be made up, which could not be due to other circumstances. I guess maybe a call should be scheduled 1 hour prior to the 2 hour window would be helpful. I would not have left work at all. I am very happy with the door. It is so quiet I am still looking to make sure it is working. Thanks, LS
