Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.

Types of Reviews


This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.


At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

Mother-in-law was wating for Ryan to come between 12 and 2, he called around 10 and asked if he could come over earlier to service the door. It took Ryan about an hour or so to repair the door which never really worked well. I have never been happier with the performance of the door. With the 5 year warranty I got with the repair I know I'll never have to worry about having the wife's car stuck in the garage. Great job Ryan, thanks again. I would highly recomend Precision door and Ryan.

I couldn't believe the incredible timeliness of your technician - he gave good advice, was very friendly, sharp and professional. I usually do my own work & take 2-3 hours. I was shocked that he was just about finished the complete repair by the time I met him at my home less than an hour after I spoke with him. First and foremost, not only was the technician so helpful when he wrote the estimate, but your customer service from the office (Teri) was beyond expectation. She helped us design our door on the manufacturers' website, making the decision so much easier. Russ install the door and was not only prompt, he was very polite and knowledgeable and after he completed the installation he checked everything repeatedly for proper operation before leaving. Our door looks great and we can't stress enough how very impressed we are with your customer service. Being a business owner, we understand first hand how critical it is to have the right people in customer service to be successful, and you do. We were very pleased with the quick response to our repair problem and the speed in which the repair work was performed. We are on a limited senior citizen budget and the $571 price seemed high. It only took about 25 minutes for Joey to replace the rollers and broken spring. I am not sure how much of the cost was labor and how much was parts. He was very perfessional and a clean worker.
