Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

Overall excellent experience from sales to office to installation. Why did I choose Precision? I had a neighbor who had "Amarr" garage doors installed by "Costco". I fell in love with the product, however, I was not impressed by the "out of state" contractor (installer). So I went online and searched for companies (great webpage)that carried this product line. When I saw the "Overhead Door" name pop up, I decided to call your office, amoung others, and scheduled appointments. The rest is history. John Wise (sales) was knowledgable of the product line and helped use choose the model and style, including the the Genie opener. Terry (office) was friendly and helpful during the mixup with the cardcard for the deposit. I can't say enough about Troy. First, he helped me move my '65 Mustang (not running) out of the garage so that he could do the installation. He was courteous, respectful, knowledgable and thorough in the installation of our doors and opener. Troy took the time to answer all of my questions and stayed past dark to insure final product was perfect. We could all use more people like Troy in the service industry. To wrap this up, we would highly recommend Precision Door Service and their staff to anyone who wants a great product, installed professionally, by knowledgable and friendly staff.

I had used Precision before when the spring broke and the repair was done quickly. Last week, the door and/or opener started to malfunction, not closing all the way, reversing when nothing seemed to be in the path. My opener was 18 years old so I thought it was time to replace it. I called Precision and Russ presented the options at the first visit and came back to do the install 5 days later. I watched the process which was completed quickly and neatly. I will use Precision again for my garage door opener needs. Thanks.

I was very pleased with the service to my businesses garage door. The original instalation was very poor and Britt showed me the problems and how they needed to be corrected before doing any individual work on the door. This door works better than it ever has. I will be using Presision for any future issues I may have & will reccommend their service to friends and family. The website was what originally got my attention when looking for a company to repair my gagare/recieving door.

I very much appreciate that Precision Door did indeed provide same day service. It was a Saturday and also Christmas Eve day. I called several other contractors and did not speak with a person at any of them. I called Precision Door, spoke with a person (not an answering machine) and an appointment was made for later that day. The technician, Dana, arrived earlier than planned (another bonus). He performed the replacement of springs skillfully and expeditiously. Plus he was just a really nice guy.

I called Precision because I wanted someone locally that would service my garage door and they were able to come the next day. The cable and spring broke on the garage door and I couldn't even get the car out of the garage. Dana came and showed me all the issues with the door (basically I had done no maintenance on the garage door in the ten years I've been living here) and gave me various price options to fix it. Within an hour he was done and on his way so I was happy with the service.

Rebuild was not inexpensive, but Brandon was very professional, personable and knowledgable. He fully explained operation of the garage door and what would be required to repair door and reduce noise level of very loud garage door. After rebuild, operation of door is much smoother and quieter. Would definitely recommend.
